At ART BATH SOUL, It is our goal to provide you with excellent customer service, timely delivery and most importantly, really good products! We stand behind our products, and want to make sure you’re always satisfied. If not, our team will ensure the return process is easy and seamless.

All returns must receive prior authorization. Please contact our Customer Service department at (408) 934-9400 and request an RA reference number. Products cannot be returned without this number. Only products purchased on may be returned for a full refund within a 30-day period from original date of purchase.


Regrettably, we do not offer free returns. Therefore, the customer will be responsible for return charges. Additionally, at this time we do not offer exchange services.

Returns are processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the items and return them to inventory. We will then credit the card originally used to make the purchase.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened ‘scrub in a TUB’ and ‘body oil RUB’
  • Product Samples
  • Individual products that were originally purchased as part of a set

For your protection, and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Please note that return shipping fees are nonrefundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Your refund will be processed based on the original form of payment (minus return shipping and handling).

Damaged Items

Claims for shortages or damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact Customer Service at 408-934-9400 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. PST., Mondays through Fridays. Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.

Cancellation Policy

Please keep in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on the way quickly & efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
